When you request an estimate, we collect your name, phone number, email (if provided) and your project details. We only collect what is needed to respond to your request.
Text messages (SMS)
If you consent, we may send you text messages about your request. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time, or HELP for help. Your consent is not a condition of purchase.
Use of information
We use your information only to prepare your estimate, communicate with you and carry out your project. We do not sell your personal information.
Retention and security
Your information is kept only as long as needed for the purposes above, then securely destroyed. We apply reasonable measures to protect it.
